I know, I know...I'm the world's WORST blogger. Hey, what can I say? I'm a busy guy! Anyway, I saw this on the internet today and figured this would be the perfect 1st post after a LONG hiatus! BTW, can we all stop using the phrase "People are smarter than that!". Guess what folks, THEY'RE NOT.
Couple of observations:
- How in the hell does it take so long for this guy to get stabilized on top of the ball?
- Is this guy actually SPOTTING this brainiac?
- I would throw this guy out of my gym if he threw DB's like this genious
- Even the observing chick decides that this is too ridiculous to watch anymore....
