Got some great ideas using our manila rope with our athletes. Here is a clip from Anthony Diluglio's "Punch Gym" workouts using VERY simple rope battling drills. If you've never done anything with ropes this will look pretty easy to you......take my word, it's NOT. BTW, Anthony is a kick ass guy and his workouts are NO JOKE...I guarantee a heart rate check on these kids would be enlightening to say the least!
